RESH LOVES HER JOB.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Resh started her personal training career in 2007 after leaving the New York fashion industry. Realizing that this was her calling, she went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and started her business. Then, she married a Foreign Service Officer and honed her skills globally. She has helped people from the East Coast to the West Coast, and all over the world. She is excited to help you achieve your best in health and fitness, no matter where you live or what your goals are!
